The WestCorp Company are encouraging our Residents to submit all Service Requests, Community Surveys, Compliments, and Complaints via our Resident Portal to better track your feedback.

In addition to providing these services, the Resident Portal also introduces you to your extended community by highlighting Local Vendors, Community Events, as well as popular online links to make your stay with us an enjoyable one.

In efforts to log into our Resident Portal, your community office must have the following information updated in our system in addition to your name and apartment number.

• Tenant Full Name
• Contact Phone Number
• E-mail address
